A monthly price has moving parts
Put each charge on its own line. The smallest headline is rarely the whole bill.
THE STACK
Care, tests and medicine may be separate
In a sample refreshed in September 2026, standard online weight-care memberships ran from $19.99 to $149 a month. Medicine was usually a separate charge.
GLP-1 medicines are a family of weight and diabetes medicines that includes semaglutide and tirzepatide. In September 2026, several of them had maker-set cash prices, for people without insurance, that mostly fell between roughly $149 and $499 a month. The amount depended on the product and dose. Some late-refill terms could raise it.
Cash prices for blood tests were checked in September 2026. A test of average blood sugar over recent months, called A1c, was $35–$39. A blood count was $29. A broad blood test covering kidneys, liver and body salts was $49, and a cholesterol test was $59. Some orders added a $6 doctor’s fee.

Insurance and cash are different routes
A cash price can be lower than a list price and still sit outside your insurance. Ask whether a payment counts toward your deductible or out-of-pocket limit.
